Five years have passed since Stormkeep’s acclaimed debut album Tales of Othertime, and the Colorado four-piece are finally ready to unveil what comes next. The Nocturnes of Iswylm marks a new chapter in their evolving mythos, beginning with the epic single-track journey Carnal Tapestries of Nailtorn Flesh. Since their early days with the underground release Galdrum, the band has refined their approach to symphonic black metal, weaving together medieval atmosphere, fantasy-driven narratives, and richly layered soundscapes into something entirely their own.
